We have invited a representative of the Law Commission to attend this meeting as part of their programme of meetings during their consultation on the review of adult social care law. I am pleased to inform you that Tim Spencer-Lane will be attending the meeting to brief local government lawyers and give us an opportunity to comment on proposals in the consultation paper. We would like to therefore extend an invitation to all SLG social services lawyers.
