Year 3 of the programme in association with the Citizenship Foundation starts in October 2012 and runs until March 2013 and SLG are looking to establish more sites. We have existing sites in Leicestershire, North Yorkshire, Worcestershire and South Lakeland.

The programme involves delivering monthly hour long interactive sessions on Learning the Law and other legal topics to a class of Year 10 students with materials provided by the CF.

All you need is a co-ordinator, at least 5 colleagues from more than 1 authority and a willing school. Training is provided and 9 CPD hours are available for the programme.

The cost for new sites is £400 which covers the costs of training and materials (existing sites will pay £265 for new materials).

If you are interested you need to be planning to get involved now. To get involved contact Guy Goodman, National Co-ordinator.
