Who will be the Young Solicitor of the Year?

SLG’s Young Solicitor of the Year 2010 is the only opportunity to recognise and celebrate the excellent and outstanding achievements of local government young solicitors.

The Award is open to individuals working in Local Government with up to 10 years post qualification experience who have been innovative in making a material impact on their Local Authority’s performance, been an exemplar of best practice or who have helped promote the best interests of local government lawyers.

Nominations can be made by yourself, by your manager, by a client officer or Member or anyone who recognises the important and extraordinary contribution you have made in the last year. Please nominate anyone who is eligible you think has done great work in your local authority- whether large or small!

The closing date for nominations is Friday 19th March 2010. The presentation ceremony will be held at SLG’s Annual Dinner at the Weekend School on 23rd April 2010. Please send nominations to Stephanie Nunn.
