Next Debt Recovery SIG Meeting

Our next meeting will be taking place on Wednesday 29th June at 2pm at Kirklees Council, Civic Centre 1, Huddersfield. Phil Chadwick is to be the speaker, who some of you may already be familiar with. Phil is joining KPMG from 1st June and would like to talk about the new insolvency team he is creating there which is dedicated to local authorities and the following subjects:

• The probable consequences of cuts at the Insolvency Service
• Dealing with LPA receiverships
• Compliant use of insolvency as an enforcement remedy
• The effective use of insolvency by shared services and corporate recovery environments
• Insolvency and the Data Protections legislation

And generally its an opportunity to pick his brains on any insolvency issues you have.
