Subject: Planning Seminar Durham 30th September 2010

Full Day Planning Seminar, covering aspects such as Managing a Planning Application, Preparation for a Public Inquiry, Planning Conditions and Obligations, Community Infrastructure Levy, Enforcement and Freedom of Information.Durham County Council have invited speakers including Nicola Allan of Trinity Chambers, Robin Atkinson of Ward Hadaway and John Hudson of Kings Chambers, to cover the topics above. The seminar will be a full day event, to include lunch on 30th September 2010 and will be held at County Hall Durham in committee room 1B. At this stage it is anticipated that the cost will be around £50 a head and will attract 5 CPD points.
