The Housing and ASB SIG will take place on the afternoon of 19th September 2011 at the offices of Practical Law Company near Waterloo who are kindly hosting the event.

PLC Public Sector are hosting a SIG meeting on Monday 19th September from 1pm – 4.30pm at our offices near Waterloo.

Speakers from Field Court Chambers will cover the following topics:

Discharge of the homelessness duty – Reviewing and informing homeless applicants of a decision – Emma Godfrey

Regulation 8 (2) – Adrian Davis

The SIG meeting is open to housing practitioners and lawyers working in local authorities.

Handouts and slides will be available on the day. Copies of papers can be circulated to those unable to attend on request.
